Anti-Collapse Mesh

With most racking systems occupying multiple tiers and significant vertical space, the risk of drops and falls can be substantial. This is particularly true in a racking format where goods are only loaded from one side, where pallets and other items can easily shift forwards without the operator noticing, and jut out from the edge of the channel.

Anti-collapse mesh is a protection against this threat. By attaching to the backend of your pallet racking or other shelving solution, anti-collapse mesh prevents items from falling on any personnel below. It can be customised to suit a variety of depths and aperture sizes, making it fully compliant with safety regulations and suited to all racking types.

Anti-collapse mesh is strong and rigid enough to resist collisions, while its design also allows it to be used in areas where air flow is a priority. The mesh can be fitted with sliding or swing gates, and can also be deployed as fencing, such as for zoning areas containing vehicles or dangerous materials.

Invicta Racking has been designing and fitting racking and racking accessories for over 30 years. With a complementary site visit, a dedicated project manager will assess your unique racking layout, and plan an anti-collapse mesh solution to match. Contact us today to discuss your requirements and learn how anti-collapse mesh could benefit your business.
